MESSAGE FROM THE DIRECTOR

The safety of our residents, staff and community is the highest priority here at Colerain Township. Due to health concerns with COVID-19, interaction with the Department of Planning & Zoning will be conducted primarily via online and telephone communication systems. What this means is that if you show up to our offices you will only be able to drop off materials. 

Fortunately, we have the infrastructure in place to continue “business as usual” with our digital Zoning Permit System and online CSR Property Maintenance and Zoning Complaint intake.

Communication is Key for us to be successful in providing our three core (3) service lines: Planning, Zoning Administration and Development Review, as well as Code Enforcement. As such, during this time, staff will be doubling down on our efforts to be available to the community. If you have any questions about a service we provide, please do not hesitate to contact us at 513.385.7505 or P&Z@colerain.org.

All communications will be turned around within 24 hours during weekdays.

Do you have questions about plans, projects or issues that require an extended discussion? We have you covered!

Staff has always had the capacity to conduct meetings using digital communications. Since we will not be able to do traditional in-person meetings at this time, we welcome the opportunity to schedule a “Digital Discussion” with you. Setting up a “Digital Discussion” is as easy calling our office or sending an email (see above contacts).
