Vacant Lot at 6768 Acre Drive
The Colerain Township CIC (Community Improvement Corporation), Inc. is requesting sealed bids regarding the sale of a vacant lot at 6768 Acre Drive, Cincinnati, OH 45239, parcel 510-0074-0359-00. Sealed bids shall include name(s) and contact information of those submitting the offer, and the proposed use of the land. Bids will be opened shortly after the deadline in the Colerain Township Board of Trustees Chambers. The Board of Trustees will make final determination as to sale of property at the next scheduled CIC meeting.
Due: September 30, 2023 by 4:00pm at 4200 Springdale Road, Cincinnati, OH 45251.
