The Colerain Township Department of Fire and EMS provides advanced life support by staffing six ambulances, and paramedics on all fire apparatus. The department responded to 8,673 EMS incidents in 2020. Colerain Township Department of Fire and EMS was the proud recipient of the 2018 Ohio EMS Agency of the Year award. That recognition is the reflection of our personnel's commitment to excellence in all aspects of emergency medical services. The department has also been recognized by the American Heart Association for our care of cardiac patients, by receiving the Mission Lifeline award in multiple years. We are proud to serve our residents, businesses, and visitors with compassion, integrity and mutual respect.
