Board of Zoning Appeals:

  • BZA2020-02: 9165 Round Top Road - Conditional Use - The applicant is requesting a conditional use permit with a variance from Section 15.8.2 for the construction of four (4) new ground mounted signs where one (1) is the maximum permitted number.
  • BZA2020-03: 9404 Brehm Road - Variances - The applicant is requesting variances from Section 7.3.1, Table 7-2, Section 11.9.2., and Section 12.3.3. for a proposed mud room and front porch addition. 
  • BZA2020-04: 3106 Springdale Road - Conditional Use - The applicant is requesting to seek a conditional use for a proposed church.

Zoning Commission:

  • ZA2020-01: Text Amendment - Zone Text Amendment to Sections 7.2 and 7.3 regarding development standards in the R-2, R-3 and R-4 residential districts to conditionally permit viticulture and wineries in residential districts and a Zone Text Amendment to Section 16.2 to add definitions for viticulture and wineries.
  • ZA2020-02: Text Amendment - Zone Text Amendment to Sections 8.2 and 8.3 regarding development standards in the B-1 Neighborhood Business District districts to permit Mobile Food Service in the B-1 district; a Zone Text Amendment to Section 16.2 to add definition a for Mobile Food Service and to Section 2.11.1 to establish a zoning fee for Mobile Food Service businesses.
  • ZA2020-03: 10511 Pippin Road (Lake Gloria) - Zone Map Amendment - Zone Map Amendment from R-6 Urban Residential District to PD-R Planned Development Residential to develop 139 apartment units.
