With the goal of creating a more connected community we are proud to introduce The Main Street Trail!
The Main Street Trail is a 3.0-mile pathway which starts at our beautiful Clippard Park and ends at Colerain High School. Other passerby destinations include Stone Creek Towne Center, Colerain Park, and the Colerain Township Administrative Complex. One of the unique attributes of the Main Street Trail is that the physical infrastructure for the trail already existed in the form of our Township’s sidewalks and trail infrastructure. This could be the first of many new connections that could form a new trail network called the Colerain Community Connector network of trails.
Giving residents and visitors a way to see the diversity and beauty of our Township without a vehicle is one more way we are working to make Colerain a thriving community. Click here for a printable flyer!
The Colerain Community Connector is envisioned to be a network of trails and connections through our large Township. These trails would mostly consist of existing infrastructure but future plans could include expansion into multi-modal paths. This will allow pedestrians, bicyclists, runners, families and others to explore the Township in a new way. It is an opportunity to see new areas and to get outside!
