  5. Paddle Day

    July 27, 2019, 9:00 AM @ Obergiesing Soccer Complex at Dravo Park

    Join us for an exciting morning canoe trip down the Great Miami River from Heritage Park to Dravo Park on July 27, 2019! Rivers Unlimited will provide the canoe, life jacket and a tour guide, as well as a shuttle between the parks. Interested participants will park at Obergiesing Soccer Complex at Dravo Park, 9225 East Miami River Road, at 9 AM on Saturday, July 27, 2019 to catch a shuttle to Heritage Park, 11405 East Miami River Road, where the trip will begin. This free canoeing experience is limited to the first 24 people to register. All participants must wear closed toe shoes which fasten securely. Additionally, participants must be at least 14 years old with an accompanying guardian to participate. A signed waiver is required for minors. We will cancelled if level at Hamilton gauge exceeds 3,000 cfs or if there is a high potential for thunderstorms. We will paddle in the rain.
